October 2011

My brother Bryan came in town for the Utah
vs Huskies Football game at the University
of Utah. He had a buddy whose brother is
one of the biggest "Utah" fans I have ever
seen. He tail-gates every home game just
outside the stadium out of his "Utah" Motor home.
The food at the tail-gate party was delicious!
Aunt Jo and Jody joined us too.
All 3 sisters proudly supporting our Husky roots!
Me, Dad, Bryan, Angie, Jason and Kristy
Just hanging out at home one night.
Maddy got a hold of the camera and
wanted to take some "funny" photos.
This is what we came up with...

As you can tell, this is Maddy's only "funny face."
We decided to go to Cornbelly's at
Thanksgiving Point. They had lots of fun
activities to do. I took this picture while
on a hay ride.
Maddy with Grandma Nyalene
Maddy with Sophia, Kristy's niece.

Maddy on her Cousin Emma's lap, racing Dylan.
We went to Kristy's for her annual
Halloween Party. Maddy was of course Buzz,
I went as Jesse...
...and Jason was Woody
Cousin George was an awesome entertainment!
We also went to Jason's Parent's Halloween
Party. Maddy had to try on Aunt Jill's cute
witch's wig...
...then mine too.
On Halloween night, we decided to have
Madelyn dress in a warmer costume.
She went as "Uniqua" from the
Backyardagains.
(kids TV show)

Look at all of my candy, YES! I love Halloween!

September 2011

We went up to visit Grandpa and Grandma
Coons in Kamas. Madelyn was so excited
to take the 4-wheeler out with Dad!
We went to the Utah State Fair this year.
Maddy loved riding the horses.

Madelyn enjoyed petting all of the animals.

When we decided to leave, she insisted
on giving this one a hug!

August 2011-Look Who's Two

Madelyn celebrated her 2nd Birthday
on August 30th! When asked what she wanted
to do for her birthday she said "swim at pool
and play with Buzz! So we had a pool party
with a "toy story" theme.
Just starting to dig in...
Oh Yummm....
Yes, a success!
Swimming with with her Aunt Angie
and Cousin George.
Lots of family and friends came.
Madelyn loved to open her presents!
All tuckered out after a fun filled day.
Maddy had to sleep with all of her new Buzz toys!
We celebrated Oquirrh Park Day in our
neighborhood. Jason was asked to be in the
parade. The kids were so excited
to see the police car, lights and hear the
sirens. Maddy kept saying Dada, woo woo!

July 2011

We went to Riverton Days. Madelyn was
so excited to go on the rides!

Maddy with her cousin Boston. They were a
little unsure when it first started...
...but got more and more excited the
faster it went!
Madelyn started playing with cousin Dylan's
Buzz Lightyear action figures a couple of
weeks ago. Kristy gave Maddy a Buzz
costume and she never took it off!
Yes, another day spent as Buzz Lightyear!
We went up to Canada to see
Grandpa Fletcher. Madelyn loved
spending time with him!
Outside Grandpa's home
We also went to Uncle Vernon and Aunt Janet's
house. Jason took Maddy out for a ride on the
dirt bike. She didn't want to stop!
We went to see where Grandma Fletcher was
buried. It is a beautiful tombstone.
We also saw where my Great Grandpa &
Grandma were buried.
This is the Magrath Pharmacy that my Great
Grandpa Fletcher started. He was a pharmacist
as well as my Grandpa Fletcher and his son
Uncle Glen. It Celebrated 100 years that
weekend!
The First Magrath Pharmacy
This Park opened over the 24th of July.
It was built in memory of my
Great Grandma Alston, who was the
first scout master in Canada.
On Our way from Canada to Montana,
we went through Glacier National Forest.
There was this Great Bear Adventure
we had to stop and check out!
We saw about 5 black bears. They were as
close as a few feet from your car to a
few yards away!

We also went to Uncle Vernon and Aunt Janet's
cabin on Echo lake in Montana
The beautiful view from the cabin
Cousin Brad and Kaylee took us out on the
boat. Jason decided to perfect his back flip
off the tower on the boat. Ready...
Set....
Go....

Perfect 10!!!
Madelyn loved the boat!
She liked to sit in the driver's seat too.
Dad and Maddy in the water
We all piled on two ski biscuits with our
cousins behind the boat.
